This Gourd Thumb Piano is from Ghana. It has many names Mbira, Sansa also called the walker's friend. This is because on journeys, it is taken along to make music. Tuning is done by shortening or legnthing the metal rods. This thumb piano also has metal buzzers. Designs vary.
