(More customer reviews)Stands worked good. I was asked to DJ my Sister-in-laws wedding. I wanted to get my old heavy PA speakers off the ground and get better sound. These tripods got the job done. They held heavy speakers and were stable. They look good too (better than my speakers) and came with the external mount. I plan to switch to internally mounted newer speakers, but will still keep these stand, as I like them.
