(More customer reviews)I ordered this bench from Amazon through Woodwind & Brasswind. The bench was great - exactly what I was looking for. However, the pad that was shipped was not the right size for the bench. After 4 calls and a total of over two hours on the phone I was finally told that they did not carry a pad that fits this bench! I have not been able to find a pad anywhere else for it and I am in the process of boxing everything up - hoping to get a refund.
Update: It has been three months and still no refund. No one in customer service has done what they said they would do and no one has ever offered the slightest apology.
